Customer Reviews
My new favorite store!
I just got the Cyberpunk 2077 peripherals from Drop and wow, I am so happy with them! The quality is amazing, and everything looks exactly like the pictures. Shipping was pretty fast too, my order arrived in under a week. I'm already planning my next purchase, maybe a new desk mat or some artisan keycaps. I'm definitely telling all my friends who are into gaming and custom keyboards to check them out!
Always a smooth experience
I ordered another set of Holy Panda switches from Drop last month, and it was just as reliable as my previous buys. They arrived in about a week, which is standard for them. I keep coming back for switches and keycaps because I know what to expect and they deliver.
Decent, with minor shipping issue
I bought a new pair of audiophile headphones from Drop. The price was competitive, and the product arrived well-packaged. The headphones themselves are great, really happy with the sound quality. My only small issue was that the tracking updated a bit slowly initially, so I wasn't sure exactly when it would arrive for the first couple of days. It eventually showed up in 9 days, which was within their estimated window, just wish the tracking was more real-time. Customer service was responsive when I inquired about it.
Good value on keycaps
I was looking for a new XDA profile keycap set and found a good deal during their clearance event. I also used the $10 off for my first purchase, which made it even better. The keycaps came quick enough, took about 6 days. Felt like I got a solid product without overspending, so that's a win for me.
Detailed feedback on a keyboard kit
I purchased a 65 percent barebones keyboard kit from Drop. The ordering process was straightforward on their website. It shipped out quickly, arriving in about 8 days to California. The packaging was robust, and all components were well-protected. The kit itself was high quality; the PCB was clean, and the case felt solid. I did have a question about compatible stabilizers, and their customer support responded to my email within 24 hours with a helpful answer. Assembly was smooth, and the finished product functions perfectly. Overall, a positive experience and the product met expectations.
Got my new mousepad
I grabbed a new desk mat from Drop last week. It was on sale, so that was cool. It got here in about a week, pretty standard shipping time. The mat looks good and feels nice on my desk. No complaints, it was an easy buy.

hey, was looking at that Starfield desk mat. Does Drop do free shipping at all? Or is it always extra?
Thinking of grabbing one of those custom keyboards, maybe a 65 percent. Are they generally hot-swappable or do I gotta solder everything myself?
